Residential Cleaning Services includes meticulous general cleaning.

An outline of our regular services:

1. General dusting of entire home: Includes baseboards, doors, window frames, ceiling fans (if reachable), vents, corner to corner web dusting.

2. Kitchens sanitized (all surfaces). Refrigerator and stove interiors are a separate additional service subject to additional pricing.

3. Bathrooms sanitized

4. All floors cleaned: Rugs, carpets, wood floors, tile floors, marble floors, stone floors are vacuumed and cleaned.

5. Linens changed. Linens can be washed on premises if time is allotted during the service.

6. Ironing available. Ironing can be provided if time is allotted during service.

Anything additional to what is stated above is additional and subject to additional charges.

All of this is Options Cleaning regimen.

Rates

Our hourly rates include three to four Options Cleaning associates, supplies and equipment. Our rates are competitive.

MORE Options’ Residential Services

LAUNDRY – done on premises. Your clothing and fine linens.

RUGS & CARPETS – Vacuumed. Referral to quality carpet cleaning services available.

We Do WINDOWS!

WINDOW CLEANING – Charges based on number of interior windows/doors cleaned and if screens and storm windows are involved.

CERAMIC TILE & LINOLEUM FLOORS – Stripping, sealing and finishing based on square footage of area.

WOOD FLOORS – Cleaned and waxed.

HIGH CLEANING – High ceiling fans and chandeliers. High canopies, lights, vents.

Move In/Move Out Services – Moving your home or office is very stressful, so let us do the cleaning. We will make sure your home or office is shining for the new owners/tenants to move in straight away and effortlessly.
